For weddings and elopements, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance may be split into custom payment installments, with the final payment due 4 weeks prior to your wedding day.

No, taxes are not included in package pricing. All services are subject to 13% HST, as required in Ontario.

No, all payments are non-refundable, including the retainer, any payments made toward your balance, and applicable taxes (13% HST).

All of them! I edit your entire gallery in colour first, then create a copy and transform every image into black & white. In other words, you'll receive both versions of every photo, with your black & white images delivered as a bonus on top of your package's photo minimum.

Yes! Sneak peeks are included for weddings and elopements and are typically delivered within 1 week of your wedding day.

For elopements with 3 hours of coverage or less, sneak peeks are not automatically included but may be available upon request.

For weddings and elopements, weather rarely disrupts beautiful imagery. Overcast skies often create soft, flattering light, and I’m experienced working in a wide range of conditions. If needed, we can use backup locations or simple solutions like clear umbrellas. In cases of extreme weather where safety is a concern, we’ll prioritize safety and adjust plans as needed.

For Engagement sessions, if weather conditions are unsafe or not ideal (heavy rain, snow, or extreme heat), we’ll reschedule to the nearest available date.

In the extremely unlikely event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding due to illness or emergency, I will make every effort to secure a trusted replacement photographer. This is also why I highly recommend adding a second photographer to your wedding coverage, if something unexpected happens, they can step in as the main photographer while we source a replacement second photographer.

If a suitable replacement cannot be found, a full refund of all payments made (including the non-refundable retainer) will be issued, minus HST.

Weddings sometimes run behind schedule, and I’ll always do my best to adapt and capture the most important moments. Coverage is based on the number of hours booked in your contract. I never mind an extra 15 minutes here or there, you’d be surprised what we can accomplish in that time.

If coverage begins to approach 30 minutes or more past the scheduled end time, additional coverage may be added at $400/hour, pending my availability. I will always communicate with you before staying longer and adding any additional time.
